Formatting
Version 1.0 handles the following formatting.

Character formatting/styles | Font family (converted to a generic font family in LaTeX: rm, sf, tt), size, bold, italics, small caps, subscript, superscript, colour, language (for hyphenation), convert to lowercase and uppercase.
